Amazing Tanzanian nature trip with immersion in its Hadzabe, Datoga and Maasai culture and tribes.Our guide, Dominique, made our trip special, always on the lookout for our well-being, in a good mood and demonstrating a perfect knowledge of the terrain with an excellent command also of the Spanish language. Davi, the owner, is a very friendly, attentive, friendly person and all his family. On safari we were joined by Yona, our guide. Yona is an exceptional man, who speaks perfectly Spanish. He is a generous, cheerful, respectful person and has informed us at all times of the animals, plants, park, tribes. He answered all our questions. The Lodge and Tented Camp have been very good. We are very happy with this unforgettable experience.We have visited the 3 parks Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire, we have seen many animals and how impressive to meet the Bushmen tribes, Datoga, Masais and Shanga Foundation. Osbert was the absolute best guide we could've asked for. He greeted us at the airport with a warm smile and heartfelt welcome and the journey began. As we drove to Arusha, he shared some of the history of Tanzania which was so appreciated. He was very detailed about the plans for the day and open to any questions that we had. As we navigated the Serengeti, Osbert was not only an expert at locating the animals but also about providing very interesting insights and details about them. He also educated us on the trees, plants and habits of the animals. One of the things I appreciated most about Osbert is that he respected the terrain and the animals and didn't sacrifice our safety or the safety of the animals. We enjoyed the evenings at the lodge where we enjoyed talking with Osbert over dinner. He is a kind and generous man. The Nature in spirit team was very kind. Haji and Fred, two of the Nature in Spirit guides were very nice and shared good information with us. Our guide, Mr. Leonard was wonderful and he knew extensive information about the Safari, geography and he had great answers to all of our questions. We learned a lot of information about the animals, their habitats, and their behavior from our guide. He also put in extra effort to show us the weekly market in Mto Wa Mbu. Mr. Leonard made this trip very memorable for me and my whole family.Brother 2 - We had an amazing experience on our safari. Our guide Mr. Leonard drove us all around the Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire. We saw many animals such as: cheetahs, lions, leopards, wildebeests, zebras, rhinos, giraffes, wild buffalos, elephants and more! A picturesque scene was when the sun was setting as the wildebeest were migrating. We saw zebra's grazing, giraffe's ambling, and wildebeests migrating. It was all breathtaking. Our guide Mr. Leonard was very knowledgeable about the safari animals. He told us their names, behavior, and what they eat. We learned a lot from him. Their team was amazing. A trip of a lifetime made all the more special by Nature In Spirit with their detail in planning and knowledge. Cannot provide enough praise for our guide Grace. She attended to our every need and modified plans when necessary. Her knowledge of the wildlife really enhanced the trip and provided a greater appreciation of what we were seeing. Accommodations, especially the tent stays, were fantastic. You are truly out in nature, but never felt endangered. We also had the opportunity to visit a Masai village and participate in a traditional dance. Lunch with a local family and a visit to a local school were enriching experiences in gaining insight to the African people and culture. David, the owner of the company and native of Africa, met us for lunch on the last day. He took the time to buy us African snacks that we had during the trip and liked for our flight home . There are a multitude of companies guiding in Africa and were at a loss of how to pick a company to use. We were referred to Nature In Spirit by a friend who does philanthropy work in Africa. Despite the time difference, Nature In Spirit was always prompt in their replies with all the pre trip planning. Our family ( myself, my wife, two adult daughters and adult son) had the vehicle exclusively. Grace would have the vehicle cleaned and straightened out at the end of every day so we had a clean and tidy vehicle to start our day.
