Overview

Nyikani is a migratory camp which follows the Great Migration while it moves across the Serengeti ecosystem and Ndutu area. Ndutu is located Ngorongoro Concervation Area, and it is one big nursery for the millions of wildebeest, who arrive here for the calving season.

During February calving season, on a daily basis they give birth to approximately 8.000 babies, and provide spectacular insight on how the food chain actually works in Africa. All this action naturally attracts many predators, of which the most prominent are lions and leopards, where you can witness from the front row what battle for survival is all about.

The camp is equipped with standard and family tents, with the room fabrics boasting African designs, and the camp’s furniture commissioned and crafted by local artisans.
