Day 1: Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, embark on 3h scenic drive towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will observe a Mountain believed to have sank into a 600metres deep caldera/crater more than a million years ago as a result of furry volcanic forces.

Follow the adventurous trails down into the self-contained ecosystem of Ngorongoro Crater and relish an opportunity to spot flora and fauna.

In this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will have a chance to search for endangered black rhinos as you continue seeking for other animals from lions, old bull elephants, spotted hyenas, jackals and over 500 species of birds.

Cheetahs & leopards are rare in the crater however, with a wealthy of experience by your Nature in Spirit Travel guide and nature of the game, there is a chance to spot one or both.

Relish an enjoyable hot lunch out in the middle of nowhere, and continue searching for more wildlife in this destination often called Eden’s garden due to its beauty.

In the late afternoon, you will return back to Arusha (Airport, Hotel) based on your scheduled ending point.
