On the way you will pass through villages, giving you an opportunity to pre-observe Tanzanians daily activities from a distance.

When done with an excursion at ceramic water filters workshop, you will be invited into a local home for a cooking lesson. Your host here, Baraka and his wife Jessica will exclusively guide you into preparing different Tanzania dishes of your choice. Day 3 – Full Day Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

Equipped with your picnic lunch, today you will hit the road and drive high into Tanzania’s elephant’s headquarters, Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive.

Passing through villages, you will again explore Tanzanians’ lifestyle in this 2h30 journey. Reaching Tarangire, you will be welcomed by medieval baobab, the common trees at the park documented to be over 1000 years old.

The morning and afternoon are yours to explore the imposing Tarangire National Park, the host of more than 500 bird species. Big game viewing is absolutely rewarding here as you have uncountable animals to search for from giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests to lions.

Tarangire River, the main source of water in the park, tends to draw a lot of wildlife. While you may have an opportunity to see leopards, cheetahs and hyenas, this is a game of chance since they are rare in the park.

Today is devoted to both culture and nature.

Join your guide after breakfast for a short journey towards Maasai societies near Tarangire National Park where you will dig into their different daily activities.

Along with the fascinating narration around Maasai societies, you are also invited to participate in their daily activities including milking the cows. After preparing milk, enjoy the boiled milk or milk tea/milk coffee at leisure.

Today’s lunch is an opportunity to relish the local lunch experience at Mto wa Mbu, a famous small town in Northern Tanzania.

Next after lunch is a short voyage to one of the most beautiful parks of the country, Lake Manyara National Park for the afternoon game drive. Here, there is a lot to sightsee from gorgeous evergreen flora, birds, primates, elephants to big cats.

Day 5 – Ngorongoro Crater Morning Game Drive and En Route to Serengeti

Our day of sightseeing includes the majestic Ngorongoro Crater, the largest inactive caldera on Earth and the best park in Africa, Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, you will follow the most striking trails down to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the 7 natural wonders of Africa and often dubbed as the 8th wonder of the World.

“Breathtaking”, perhaps, is the only expression that perfectly describes the self-contained ecosystem of Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is understood to be a result of a collapsed Mountain more than a million years ago.

Enjoy the picnic lunch down in the crater and continue searching for different wildlife such as wildebeests, buffalos, zebras, elands, grant’s & Thomson’s gazelles, old bulls’ elephants, lions as well as scavengers like spotted hyenas and jackals. There are not many destinations in Africa where the big 5 can be spotted in a single day. Although this does not occur on most occasions, Ngorongoro crater is fortunately among the few destinations to host the big 5.

Drive out of the crater in the afternoon and continue to Serengeti National Park enjoying an en route game drive to your today’s accommodation.

You will stop at a few points on the way to view wildlife, reach Osinon Tented Camp in the evening for Dinner and overnight.

Main destination: Serengeti National Park

Day 6 – Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Today is fully dedicated to Serengeti National Park, perhaps the world’s most enchanting and breathtaking park on the planet.

There may be few destinations that should top everyone’s bucket list to visit over a lifetime, however, Serengeti tops most of the adventure lovers. Your guide will take you through different parts of Serengeti in search for the best wildlife viewing spots.

In the afternoon you will stop around the Seronera Valley for a delicious lunch while scanning the surroundings for game viewing opportunities. Seronera Valley is kept alive by the Seronera River which attracts thousands of wild animals being the main source of water in the Central Serengeti.

Continue searching for various animals to explore from the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and black rhino (although these are rarely spotted) – to giraffe, Grant’s gazelle, impala, kongoni, topi and eland.

After a full day of game drive in this recently announced the best national park in Africa by World Travel Awards, return to Osinon Tented Camp for dinner & overnight.
