Day 1: Welcome to Tanzania/ transfer to Arusha

Upon arrival you will be met by our Nature in Spirit driver guide and transfer to the hotel in Arusha which is 1h30m drive. If your arrival time will be on day time, while overlanding to Arusha, you will have the opportunity to see locals alongside the road doing their daily activities. Surrounded by famous Tanzanian landscapes and National Parks that are visible in a distance like Mt. Kilimanjaro and Arusha National Park, Arusha is located at the foot of Mount Meru and offers unending views of famous highland and places.

Day 2: Fly to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for an hour flight to Serengeti National Park. Touching the ground at the largest national park in North Tanzania, Serengeti National Park, you will meet your driver Guide who is going to take you on a fascinating game en-route to the camp for lunch.

After a relaxing lunch break, depart at 3:00 PM for the afternoon game drive in central Serengeti famously known for its highest concentration of Africa’s big cats. You might have watched Serengeti in the world’s popular documentaries such as; – Surviving in Serengeti, Serengeti Shall Never Die, Tales of the Serengeti, Great Natural Wonders of the World, Lions of Serengeti, Kings of the Serengeti…you name it! But today, the park is going to be unveiled before your eyes, up close!

Return to the camp on time for a sundowner, a truly captivating view that safari-goers like.

Day 3: Full day Serengeti National Park

Today is fully dedicated to Serengeti National Park, perhaps the world’s most enchanting and breathtaking park on the planet. There may be few destinations that should top everyone’s bucket list to visit over a lifetime, however, Serengeti tops most of the adventure lovers.

After breakfast, at 7:00 am, depart the lodge for full day game drive. Your guide will take you through different parts of Serengeti in search for the best wildlife viewing spots.

In the afternoon you will stop around the Seronera Valley for a delicious lunch while scanning the surroundings for game viewing opportunities. Seronera Valley is kept alive by the Seronera River which attracts thousands of wild animals being the main source of water in the Central Serengeti.

Continue searching for various animals to explore from the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and black rhino (although these are rarely spotted) – to giraffe, Grant’s gazelle, impala, Topi and eland. After a full day of game drive in this recently announced best national park in Africa by World Travel Awards, enjoy sunset while driving back to camp in good time to shower and have a relaxed time around campfire before dinner.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast at 7:00am embark on another game drive in Serengeti National Park on the way to Ngorongoro Conservation area. Serengeti is such a huge and beautiful park that you cannot finish in a single day.

In this en-route game drive to Ngorongoro, explore the Southern endless plains of Serengeti National Park. This part of the park is remarkable for its short grasses’ rich in nutrients from the deposited volcanic ash from the old Ngorongoro volcano, loved by the ungulates that attract large predators in the area.

You will get to Ngorongoro at around 10:00am, a multiple land use whereas; wild animals and human beings live together in harmony. You will descend to the floor of Ngorongoro crater, a unique self-contained ecosystem often referred as 8th natural wonder of the world. You will spend afternoon on the floor of the crater, exploring its rich flora and fauna. Since the crater has a permanent supply of food and water, animals stay inside all year round, increasing your chances to spot as many animals as possible. While the game drive is a game of chances, this is the best place to see the rare endangered black rhinos as well as flamingos who tend to concentrate at Lake Magadi. Other animals that can be seen in the crater include Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, warthogs, hippos, zebras, waterbucks, hyenas, jackals, elephants, lions, buffaloes etc.

During the late afternoon at 17:00 you will ascend the crater and drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight. You will gather at our lodge for a Farewell Dinner around 7pm. Dinner features local cuisine and will include a hot appetizer, main course with side dish, and dessert.

Day 5: Drive to Arusha / Transfer to the airport

After a relaxing breakfast you will start your journey to Arusha. You will stop at Shanga Gift and Workshop, social enterprise, which employs people with disabilities to create unique and high-quality handmade jewelry, glassware and homewares incorporating recycled materials. These products are sold in the Shanga shop in Tanzania, with profits being reinvested back into developing opportunities to employ more people with disabilities. You will have lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge before you transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight back home.
