Day 1: Welcome to Tanzania

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will be welcomed by your Nature in Spirit Travel guide and transferred to your Lodge in Arusha. If you have time, explore Arusha town on our short complimentary city tour, then, relax and get ready for your safari the next morning.

Dinner and overnight at Arusha Coffee Lodge.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After a relaxing breakfast while taking your time, you will depart to Tarangire National Park and first get to Tree tops Camp for hot lunch and have time to settle before you head out for an afternoon nature walk. You will be accompanied by an armed ranger for your protection as you may encounter wild animal. You will be back in time for dinner then out for a night Game drive.  During the night Game drive, you will be enchanted to witness different nocturnal animals like Spring hare famously known as the African Kangaroo and birds in the dark. As you search for these animals, your driver-guide will inform you how different animals react to lights during nights, and general nightlife for these wild animals.

Day 3: Full day Tarangire National Park

After breakfast you will heard out with your lunch in a hamper for a full game drive in Tarangire National Park enjoy the game drive in one of largest park in Northern part of Tanzania. This park has a wide variety of animals from predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards to herbivores such as zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, waterbucks, baboons, impalas, etc.

You will get a chance to sit in the middle of Baobab wilderness for hot lunch, later continue to different areas of the park thereafter seeking to add more animals to your sighted list.

This park is known to have the largest concentration of elephants, often seen bathing in river Tarangire. The river is known to be the source of water so you will witness many animals who come to the river to drink water. If you are lucky, you will also get to witness predators hunt near the river banks when prey come to drink water.

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Manyara national park for a game drive with lunch in a hamper. In this small but very beautiful park with the dense forest, you will have the opportunity to see a lots of wild animals. The scenery here will definitely grace your eyes.

Just before a game drive, there is a unique way of exploring the park through a Treetop walkway. Here you will experience a sky-high walking adventure across the gorgeous evergreen forests of Lake Manyara National Park. In 370 meters distance and height of 18metres airwalk, you will spectacularly observe wildlife (mainly birds & monkeys) from a completely different perspective.

Later in the afternoon, you eat a picnic before getting back into the jeep for afternoon game drive within Lake Manyara National Park, a park that is celebrated worldwide for its lions who are fond of tree branches.

You will also be able to enjoy the beautiful forest of the park as you search for the varieties of wildlife from birds, primates, elephants, big cats or cape buffalo.

Drive to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority

Enjoy a morning Game drive after breakfast in Ngorongoro crater, famously known as Eden’s Garden, gives you a dramatic adventurous journey down to the 600 meters which itself is a highlight of the safari. This Multiple land use property which has people and animals living together in harmony will leave you with life time memories of the spectacular beauty you will witness.

After a delicious lunch you will set out back for an afternoon game drive which will take you through the Ngorongoro Highlands, offering plenty of opportunities to spot animals. You may spot antelopes and gazelles, the African elephant and the respected group of animals: the predators like lion, leopard, cheetahs and hyena. If you a lucky, mother nature might give an opportunity to spot the rare black rhino.

Drive to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Game en route to Serengeti National Park

You’ll begin the day with the scenic drive towards the Serengeti. Along the way we’ll pass through the rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you might be lucky enough to encounter wild animals like baboon, vervet monkeys, warthogs and buffalo.

It’s a nearly four-hour drive to the Serengeti Park gates, but you will break at Olduvai Gorge for an History experience

Olduvai Gorge Museum: also known as the Cradle of Mankind, is a paleoanthropological site located in the Great Rift Valley, between the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park. Olduvai is a misspelling of Oldupai, a Maasai word for a wild sisal plant that grows in the area. The museum holds the earliest evidence of the existence of human ancestors. Paleoanthropologists have found hundreds of fossilized bones and stone tools in the area dating back millions of years, leading them to conclude that humans evolved in Africa.

After a delicious lunch at the Serengeti National Park picnic area prepare yourself to explore Serengeti. As you enter Serengeti you will witness Africa’s iconic savannah landscape and sheer number of ungulates roaming these grassy plains before you get to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Full Day Serengeti National Park

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Serengeti, one of Africa’s wildlife reserves. This day-long adventure is likely to be the highlight of your stay, as the wonders of the Serengeti reveal themselves. Discover the park’s iconic creatures in the early morning Game Drive. If you will be interested, you can take the opportunity to do optional balloon safari, which concludes with a champagne breakfast in the midst of the grasslands.

After the breakfast proceed with game drive, get to see the Serengeti “Kopjes” which are massive boulders of granite standing in a sea of grass which provide shelter to a large variety of flora and fauna. After a sumptuous buffet hot lunch proceed with the afternoon safaris through the golden grasslands. With luck, spot all of Africa’s “big five”—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo.

Day 8: Flight to Arusha/ JRO

Every good thing has to end! However, one last adventure is left: the drive to the airstrip. This is your opportunity to find something special in the landscape as you drive to the airstrip after a relaxing breakfast, hence your Guide as keen as you are to spot final attraction as a parting memory.

Once you touch Arusha you will drive to The Arusha Hotel for a hot relaxing lunch, freshening up as you wait to transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight back home
